Where Have All the Developers Gone?
Two years ago the Cape cocktail circuit buzz was all about development, and everyone you knew had some sort of project working. It seemed as if everyone you met was involved in developing land in one way or another. Today it seems developers are so scarce they should apply for protection under the Endangered Species Act.
