Hello Sherri, my name is Irene Colmenares, I was at the cape for a couple of weeks not long ago with my family. We’ve been there on vacation a couple of times. I’ve been somewhat in contact with Mr. Duarte about purchasing a condo at the Barrier Dunes. I spoke to my friend Wendy Jackson and she advice me to also get a hold of you, to see if you can as well help us out on finding the right place at the right price.
We know that it’s pick seasoned so we are in no rush, we just what the right place!
We are looking for a condo (as said before) in the barrier dunes. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with a nice view. If it could be a corner unit it would be even better. We are looking on the price range in the $200′s-$250′s. If you have anything like this or similiar we would love to see what’s available.
