Sherri, We have rented two large cottages on the beach for the last two weeks in July. The whole point is to be able to swim in the ocean. This is all family and we are spending close to $16,000 to rent. My little ones will never understand that we can’t go in the water. What is our recourse? This is the first time we are not vacationing on the east coast. I know it is not the realtors fault, but it is not ours either. Your advice??
