Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – July 11-17, 2020

Everyone wants a piece of the Forgotten Coast. We had another crazy busy week with seven sales and fifteen new contracts, Sellers added ten new listings, and changed prices on nine others. With all that activity, we managed to shed eight off of our inventory, closing the week at 316, with 90 houses and 226 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

As more and more people long to escape to the Cape, if you have been thinking of selling now is a good time to do so as demand remains strong.     You emailed me that you would make sure I received the liks to the listings. Again, this week, no listing links. I enjoy and look forward to these each week. Usually they are just underneath your commentary but have not been there. Are you not describing them and posting pictures now?
