Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – July 11-17, 2020

Published by at 8:52 PM under Cape San Blas

Everyone wants a piece of the Forgotten Coast. We had another crazy busy week with seven sales and fifteen new contracts, Sellers added ten new listings, and changed prices on nine others. With all that activity, we managed to shed eight off of our inventory, closing the week at 316, with 90 houses and 226 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

As more and more people long to escape to the Cape, if you have been thinking of selling now is a good time to do so as demand remains strong. Mortgage rates dropped to historic lows this week so borrowing money has never been more affordable which will only continue to fuel buyer demand. I can provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine your property’s current market value and put together a marketing plan for you. Simply call or text me at 850-227-5197 or drop an email to sherri@sherridodsworth.com and we’ll get started.

That does it for today. Enjoy summer fun in the sun, stay safe, and I hope to see you back here next week.  Thanks for stopping by today!

Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to sherri@sherridodsworth.com and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.

    Hi Sherri,

You emailed me that you would make sure I received the liks to the listings. Again, this week, no listing links. I enjoy and look forward to these each week. Usually they are just underneath your commentary but have not been there. Are you not describing them and posting pictures now?

    Thank you,
