For Sale Sold Sign    The uncertainty leading up to the election isn’t diminishing activity in our real estate market as we turned in another great week, closing ten sales and writing up eighteen new contracts. Sellers added eleven new listings but only made two price changes. Our inventory shed an impressive fourteen listings closing the week at 254, with 76 homes and 178 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, and C-30 Corridor MLS Market.

Hopefully, the uncertainty caused by national elections will be behind us soon. This is such a tense period for everyone and with all the stress we’ve been through locally with Covid and Michael, the last thing we need is more stress.

As you can clearly see, properties are moving. if you own property here and are considering selling, let me know, and I will provide you with a no cost, no obligation estimate of market value. Just call or text me at 850-227-5197 or shoot a text to sherri@sherridodsworth.com and we’ll get started.

I have to admit, I’m looking forward to getting through the November madness and finally knowing what we’re dealing with and which way we’re going. 2020 continues to be an exceedingly crazy stressful year.  May she please tip on. Have a great week and hope to see you back here next week.

Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to sherri@sherridodsworth.com and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.
