Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Oct. 24-30, 2020

For Sale Sold Sign    Autumn arrived today in spectacular fashion, with crystal blue skies, low humidity and mid to upper 60’s. Yes! Time for us Florida gals to break out our sweaters, boots and scarves and pretend it is cold. Nothing cold about our market as we closed an unbelievable seventeen sales, and wrote up ten new contracts. Sellers added twenty new listings, several of which are already under contract, and but only made three price changes. Our inventory grew by five over last week, closing out at 259, with 76 homes. and 183 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

Nationwide, people continue to seek shelter along the coast. If you own a home here and have been thinking of selling, demand for houses is super strong and you are in a great position to sell. Let me now if you’re interested in looking into that and I will be happy to provide you with a no-cost, no-obligation estimate of current market value.  Simply call or text me at 850-227-5197 or contact me at sherri@sherridodsworth.com and we’ll get started.

Have a great week, get out and vote if you haven’t already, and hope to see you back here next week. Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to sherri@sherridodsworth.com and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.
