Autumn arrived today in spectacular fashion, with crystal blue skies, low humidity and mid to upper 60’s. Yes! Time for us Florida gals to break out our sweaters, boots and scarves and pretend it is cold. Nothing cold about our market as we closed an unbelievable seventeen sales, and wrote up ten new contracts. Sellers added twenty new listings, several of which are already under contract, and but only made three price changes. Our inventory grew by five over last week, closing out at 259, with 76 homes. and 183 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
