Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Nov. 21-27, 2020

For Sale Sold Sign  The weather at the Cape was wonderful for Thanksgiving with temps in the 70’s and clear skies. According to property managers, our rentals were sold out so a lot of folks retreated to the beach to gather and give thanks for the blessings in their lives. For many of those visitors it wasn’t just about turkey and cranberry sauce, it was about claiming a place of their own here along the Forgotten Coast to escape to as they savored three sales and gobbled up fifteen new contracts. Sellers served up nine new listings but made no price changes on existing listings. Our inventory shed eleven, closing the week at 245, with 71 houses and 174 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

And just like that we are all up to date. Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Nov. 14-20, 2020

For Sale Sold Sign    This has been a beautiful autumn week along the Forgotten Coast and many visitors have decided they want to stay here, closing seven sales, and writing up nine new contracts.  Sellers added seven new contracts and made just two price changes.Our inventory closed the week at 256, down just one since our last visit, with 75 homes and 256 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Oct. 31-Nov. 6, 2020

For Sale Sold Sign    The Alice in Wonderland nature of the year that is 2020 continues as we travel down this weird rabbit hole to find ourselves several days after the election and still no definitive answer as to who the electorate actually voted into office. 2020 wouldn’t have it any other way after everything else it has put us through this year. There was no market uncertainty among buyers as demand for coastal real estate remained solid with eleven properties sold and twelve new contracts. Sellers added seven new listings and stood firm on their pricing with only one price change. Our inventory shed two, closing the week at 257, with 75 homes and 172 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
