Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Nov. 21-27, 2020

Published by at 9:02 PM under Cape San Blas

For Sale Sold Sign  The weather at the Cape was wonderful for Thanksgiving with temps in the 70’s and clear skies. According to property managers, our rentals were sold out so a lot of folks retreated to the beach to gather and give thanks for the blessings in their lives. For many of those visitors it wasn’t just about turkey and cranberry sauce, it was about claiming a place of their own here along the Forgotten Coast to escape to as they savored three sales and gobbled up fifteen new contracts. Sellers served up nine new listings but made no price changes on existing listings. Our inventory shed eleven, closing the week at 245, with 71 houses and 174 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

And just like that we are all up to date. As you can see, we are low on house listings and demand is high, so if you have been thinking of selling, please get in touch with me by calling or texting 850-227-5197 or shooting an email to I’ll be happy to provide you with a no cost, no obligation estimate of market value for your property.

Have a great week, stay safe, and hope to see you back here soon. Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to drop by today.

Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.

We stopped getting the links to the properties that are sold, etc. Can you please send the email that contains the links?

    Thanks so much.
