Santa visited the Forgotten Coast on Friday night and brought lots of real estate deals. Six families received new beach homes, and another eight properties went under contract. Sellers added five new listings, and made two price changes. Our inventory shed four, closing the week at 231, with 65 homes and 166 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
And that wraps up our final review for 2020. I know we all are looking forward to seeing this year finally in our rear view mirror with hopes that 2021 will not be anywhere near as annoying and bizarre as this year has been. Thank you so much for following my blog and making this my best year ever in real estate, despite everything else that has been going on. As Dickens said, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. I send my very best wishes to you and your loved ones for good health and prosperity in the New Year.
