We FINALLY have 2020 in our rear view mirror and I’m pretty sure there aren’t many people who are going to wax nostalgic for it. Hoping 2021 turns out to be a better year, although that is an admittedly low bar to beat. We may have had a week bookended with holidays, but real estate sure didn’t take a holiday as we managed to close seven sales and write up six new contracts. Sellers added eight new listings and made two price changes. Our inventory shed 11, closing the week at 220, with a mere 58 houses and 162 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
