Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – Jan. 9-15, 2021

For Sale Sold Sign    One of our primary attorney’s closing offices closed this week due to employees testing positive for Covid, so that has set our market into a tailspin as other offices scrambled to absorb the addtional workload into their already overloaded workloads.  As a result, we  only closed four sales, while adding nine new contracts, (four of which were on my listings). Sellers added three new listings, and changed prices on five others. This week our inventory shed five, closing out at 230, with a mere 55 houses and 175 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

We continue to see increasing demand for our area, especially for existing houses.
