2021 continues to be off to a strong start roaring along this week with five sales (even with one major player’s attorney’s still closed due to Covid), and an unbelieveable seventeen new contracts. Sellers added seventeen new listings and made six price changes. Oddly enough, even with all that activity our inventory remains unchanged from last week closing once again at 230, with a mere 55 houses and 175 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
Seems like a lot of peoples’ New Year resolutions included finding a place on the Forgotten Coast to call their own. Super strong demand continues, so if you’re thinking of selling, let me know.
