Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – May 1-7, 2021

For Sale Sold Sign Crazy sales activity continues unabated, with twenty-four sales and thirteen new contracts.  Sellers jumped on the bandwagon adding twenty-three sorely needed new listings, two of which are already under contract, but made only three price changes, two of which were price increases. Even with all those new listings, our inventory dropped by 4%, dipping below 100 to 97, with 22 houses and 75 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market. 

Prices are rapidly rising as a result of the incredible demand, and multiple offers on new listings are the new norm.  If you’re ready to sell, let me know and I’ll help you get started.  Just know if you’re selling your personal residence, you better have a place to land lined up as you’ll likely be looking at moving quickly. Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review – April 24-30, 2021

For Sale Sold Sign   This is just crazy. Demand for our coastal Florida real estate is out of control. We are running out of inventory. This week we had twenty closings, (hat tip to our closing attorneys’ staffs for their incredibly long hours and endless efforts to make this happen – you guys are amazing!), and turned in what has to be a record twenty-seven new contracts. Sellers added only seven new listings, nowhere near enough to meet the demand, and three sellers made price changes,

Our overall inventory is frighteningly low, with just 18 houses and 65 lots avaiilbable for sale for a total of 83 listings available for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

We are most definitely in a Seller’s market! We desperateltey need inventory, so if you’re thinking of selling, this is the time to make your move.
