So far Georgia heading back to school has not had much of an impact on our market as we turned in a respectable week, closing six sales and putting seven properties under contract. Owners added seven new listings and made seven price changes. Our inventory grew by four, closing the week at 123, with thirty-five houses and eighty-eight lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
Demand for houses remains especially strong, but lots are moving as well, so if you’re toying with the idea of selling, there has never been a hotter time to make your move.
