The calendar may say Autumn, but the weather still says Summer as these scorching temps have just refused to cool off. Our market remains hot even though we only had only one closing but buyers entered into eight new contracts. Sellers added fifteen new listings (four of which are already under contract) and made three price changes. Our inventory grew by four, closing the week at 134, with 27 homes and 127 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
