There was no let up in demand for coastal real estate this week as we had seven sales and ten new contracts. Sellers added three new listings and made three price changes. Our inventory dropped by five, closing the week at 123, with 20 houses and 103 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
