Buyer demand continues to far outweigh supply as listings are snapped up almost as soon as they hit the market. This week was no exception, as we closed four sales and put thirteen properties under contract. Sellers added eleven new listings, (one of which is already under contract), and made one price reduction. But even with all those new listings our inventory still closed down five from last week at ninety-nine, with twenty-six houses and seventy-three lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor market.
And just like that we’re up to date. This seemingly insatiable demand for houses remains at an all-time high.
